Terms of Service

What you can expect, and what we expect back.

Short, and in ordinary language. Using this site or buying from any of our three businesses means these terms apply.

Who you are dealing with

TriCon Enterprises is a trading name of PackyMax Corporation, a corporation registered in the State of New York. It operates three businesses — ViewTV, CargoFy and PackyMax. You may deal with one of them and never touch the other two, but these terms cover all three.

What each business does

  • ViewTV provides television and streaming subscriptions covering programming we are authorised to carry, in the markets where the rights allow it.
  • CargoFy provides truck dispatching for motor carriers. It does not broker freight, and it does not own or operate trucks.
  • PackyMax manufactures custom packaging — boxes, mailers, bags and rigid packaging — to your specification.

Paying us

We accept card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal. Payment is arranged directly with you rather than collected through this website, so you never enter card details here and we never hold them.

Service starts once payment clears. If a payment is reversed or charged back after service has begun, we may suspend it while we sort the reason out with you.

Nothing renews automatically

This one matters, so it gets its own heading. We do not auto-renew anything and we do not keep your card on file. A plan runs for exactly the period you paid for and then stops. There is no subscription to cancel, no notice period, and no charge you did not ask for. When it ends, message us if you want to carry on.

Refunds — all sales are final

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit for change of mind. Once a payment is made and the service or the manufacturing run has started, it is not reversible. Please ask us anything you are unsure about before you pay. We would far rather answer ten questions than take money from someone who wanted something else.

This policy is published here, and linked from every page of this site, so that it is available to you before you buy. New York law requires a seller’s refund policy to be conspicuously posted, and this is where ours lives.

There is one exception, and it is us. If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we will put it right or refund you. That is not a goodwill gesture, it is what you are owed, and you should hold us to it.

If you have a problem with a charge

Come to us first. Email cargofy.dispatch@gmail.com or message the number for your business, and tell us what went wrong. Almost everything is quicker to resolve directly than through a bank, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Where a payment is disputed while service is running, we may suspend that service until the dispute is settled, so that we are not delivering something nobody is paying for. And we reserve the right to decline future business with anyone who is abusive, or who is demonstrably acting dishonestly.

None of that takes away your rights with your own bank or card issuer. Those rights are between you and them, and nothing written here changes them.

Using ViewTV fairly

  • Your subscription is for you and your household. Do not resell it, share your login outside your home, or use it to run a public or commercial screening.
  • Do not record, rebroadcast or redistribute what you receive.
  • Programming line-ups can change when rights arrangements change. We will tell you if something material changes during a period you have paid for.

Using CargoFy fairly

  • We dispatch on your behalf. You operate under your own authority and your own insurance, and you remain the carrier of record on every load.
  • Nothing is booked without your agreement. You choose which loads you take.
  • We negotiate and coordinate; we do not guarantee any particular rate, volume of freight, or level of earnings, and we would be suspicious of anyone who did.

Vehicle transportation is a referral, not a service we provide. If you need a vehicle moved we will introduce you to a licensed partner broker. From that introduction onwards you are their customer, under their contract, and they are responsible for arranging and performing the move. TriCon does not broker the move, does not carry it, does not take a fee for it from you, and is not a party to whatever you agree with them.

Working with PackyMax

  • You keep ownership of artwork you send us, and you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only to make your packaging.
  • Once you approve a proof or mockup, that approval is what we manufacture against. Changes after approval may cost more or take longer.
  • Printed colour carries a tolerance. Materials and finishes hold colour differently, and a run will not be a pixel-perfect match to what you saw on a screen. We will tell you honestly what the process can hold before you commit.
  • Quantities can vary slightly on a manufacturing run. We will tell you the tolerance when we quote.

Applying for a job

Sending an application does not create an employment relationship or an offer, and we are not obliged to fill any particular role. Everything you tell us should be true — we do check. Applications are read by a person, never screened by software, and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

  • Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
  • Do not submit anything unlawful, or anything designed to attack the people who read it.
  • The design, text, code and images here belong to us. Do not copy the site wholesale.
  • Where we link to somewhere else — including packymax.com and our partner broker — we are not responsible for what is on the other end.

What we do not promise

The site and our services are provided as they are. We do not promise the site will never be down, that every link will always work, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

Limits on what we are liable for

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost business, lost data — arising from your use of the site or our services. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in question in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and some states do not allow the exclusions above, in which case they may not apply to you.

If something goes wrong between us

Tell us first. Most things are quicker to fix than to argue about, and we would rather hear from you than from a lawyer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top changes when they do. Changes apply going forward, not backwards over something you have already bought.
