What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who this is about

This policy covers triconenterprises.com and the three businesses that run through it: ViewTV, CargoFy and PackyMax. Where it says “we”, it means TriCon Enterprises is a trading name of PackyMax Corporation, a corporation registered in the State of New York.

What we collect

Only what you type in, plus the small amount every website receives automatically. There is no hidden collection and there are no tracking scripts on this site.

When you use the contact form

• Your name, your email address, and your phone number if you give one.
• Which business you selected, and the message you wrote.
• Anything you answered in the extra questions for that business — for example which ViewTV plan you are asking about.

When you apply for a job

• Your name, your phone number, the city you are in, and what you wrote about yourself.
• Optionally your email, which team you are interested in, your experience so far, the role you want, and a CV if you attach one.
• Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and can work on site.

Automatically, when any page loads

• Our host records the usual server log information — IP address, browser type, and which page was requested. It is used to serve the site and to spot abuse.
• Nothing else. There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no tracking cookie, and no third party watching what you read here.

Stored in your own browser

Two small things are stored on your device and never sent to us. If you close the “we’re hiring” card, your browser remembers that for a week so we do not show it again. And if you are an administrator signing in, your session is held until you close the tab. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, quote your job, or consider your application. That is the whole list. We do not build profiles, we do not score you, and we do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.

We do not sell your information

We have never sold or rented personal information and we do not share it for advertising. If that ever changed we would say so here first, and it would not apply retroactively to anything you have already sent us.

Who else touches your information

A small number of companies help run this site. Each of them sees only what they need to.

• Supabase stores the database and any CV you upload.
• Vercel serves the website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces this page is set in. Because your browser fetches them from Google, Google receives your IP address on page load. We mention this because almost nobody does, and you deserve to know it.
• WhatsApp, and Meta behind it, if you choose to message us there. That conversation lives under their terms, not ours.
• Your payment provider — card issuer, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal — when you pay. Payments are arranged directly with you rather than through this website, so no card number is ever entered here, and we never see or store one.

Where artificial intelligence is, and is not, used

AI tools were used to help build this website — the design, the code and some of the writing. We are telling you because we would rather you heard it from us.

What matters more is where it is not used. No AI reads, scores, ranks, filters or screens your enquiry or your job application. A person reads every one. There is no chatbot on this site and nothing here that pretends to be a human. If that ever changes, this section changes first and we will say so before you send us anything.

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months from the day you sent it. After that the record is deleted automatically, and any CV attached to it is deleted from storage at the same time. This is not a promise we have to remember to keep — the deletion is scheduled in the database itself.

Asking for your information, or its removal

Write to us and we will act on it. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct something wrong, or ask us to delete it entirely. We will reply within 30 days, and we will not make you jump through hoops or ask why.

Email cargofy.dispatch@gmail.com. If you would rather message us, WhatsApp +1 (262) 739-8197 reaches the same people — but for a deletion request the email gives us both a written record of what you asked for and when.

How we contact you, and how to stop it

We reply to you. That is all. We may answer by email, by WhatsApp, or by text to the number you gave us, about the thing you contacted us about.

We do not send marketing messages, offers, newsletters or promotions, and we do not text people who have not texted us first. If you would rather we stopped contacting you, say so once — by reply, or with a single word like STOP — and we will.

Children

This site is not intended for children. You must be 18 or older to apply for a job with us, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

How your information is protected

Concretely, rather than vaguely:

• Everything travels over an encrypted connection.
• Submissions are stored in a database that refuses to hand a record to anyone who is not a named administrator. This is enforced by the database, not by the website.
• Reading a submission requires a password and a code from an authenticator app. A stolen password on its own returns nothing.
• Uploaded CVs sit in private storage. They are never publicly linkable. An administrator opens one through a link that expires after sixty seconds.
• Nothing can be deleted through the website by anyone, including us. Removal happens deliberately, or automatically at the end of the retention window.

We will not tell you your data is completely safe, because nobody can honestly say that about anything connected to the internet. What we can say is what we have actually done, which is the list above.

If this policy changes

The date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
